Refund Policy

At 6away, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience on our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for paid services. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Free Services

The free tier of 6away includes one inquiry per day and access to basic partner discovery features at no cost. As no payment is involved, no refund is applicable for free-tier usage. Upgrading to a paid plan is entirely optional.

2. 6Away+ Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your 6Away+ subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date
  • Refunds are available for first-time subscribers only — this is a one-time eligibility per account
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Upon refund, your account will be immediately downgraded to the free tier
  • Any premium features, data, or introductions accessed during the paid period remain subject to our Terms & Conditions

3. Subscription Renewals

6Away+ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the standard 14-day window in the following cases:

  • Service disruption: Extended platform outages or technical issues that prevented you from using paid features
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorised transactions
  • Legal requirements: Where applicable consumer protection laws mandate a refund

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or that violate our Terms & Conditions — including accounts that have been suspended for policy violations.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@6away.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase or most recent charge
  • Payment method used
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Currency & Transaction Fees

Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Any currency conversion fees or transaction charges applied by your bank or payment provider are not within our control and may not be refunded.
