1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Companies using the Service through an authorised representative confirm that such representative has the authority to bind the organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@6away.ai of any unauthorised access or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Description of Service

6away provides an AI-powered partner discovery platform that profiles and connects businesses across sectors including finance, real estate, consultancy, and technology. The Service includes but is not limited to: AI-matched partner recommendations, direct inquiry capabilities, partner profile listings, and premium features available through 6Away+ subscriptions. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, introductions, or partnerships resulting from use of the Service.

4. Free & Paid Services

The Service offers a free tier (one inquiry per day) and a paid subscription tier (6Away+) with enhanced features including unlimited inquiries, advanced filters, and priority matching. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and feature details are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or harassing messages through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and technology comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to 6away and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties accessed through the Service are solely between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6away and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 6away in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
